ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS COUNSELLING


APR JUJNIOR COLLEGES : Pass in the qualifying exam in the first attempt in March 2011 with average 60% of marks for OC candidates and Average 45% for BC and SC candidates and pass for ST candidates. Telugu medium and Urdu Medium candidates opting English Medium should get 45% of marks in English subject in the qualifying examination i.e. SSC.
APR DEGREE COLLEGE : Pass in the qualifying exam in the first attempt in March 2011 with not less than 50% of marks for O.C. candidates. Not less than 45% of marks for B.C., S.C., and S.T., candidates Telugu Medium candidates should get 40% marks in English subject in intermediate.
CERTIFICATE TO BE PRODUCED AT THE TIME OF COUNSELLING :
1. Original Pass Certificate of S.S.C or its equivalent Exam. (Marks Memo) / at least Internet copy.
2. Conduct Certificate and Study Certificate for Seven consecutive years of study from Class IV to X for Private candidates Nativity Certificate obtained from the Tahsildar concerned.
3. Income Certificate for the year 2010-2011 from the Tahsildar (or) Salary Certificate from the Drawing Officer in case Employee’s children.
4. Transfer Certificate (T.C) from the Head of the Institution.
5. Permanent Caste Certificate issued by the Tahsildar concerned from B.C., S.C., and S.T., students.
6. Physical Fitness Certificate from the Doctor not below the rank of Asst. Civil Surgeon.
7. Three Sets of Xerox copies of all Certificates.
8. Six latest Passport Size Photographs.
FOR THE STUDENTS UNDER SPECIAL RESERVATION CATEGORY:

A) PHYSICALLY HANDICAPPED: A certificate from the Orthopedic Surgeon of the Govt. Hospital (Minimum disability – 40%)
B) DEFENCE CATEGORY : A Certificate from DSSA (or) from the competent authority for children of Ex-Service personnel (or) the children of Service Personnel.
C) SPORTS : A participation certificate at National/State/Zonal/District level issued by the Sports Authority concerned. N.C.C., “B” Certificate for APR Degree College. Extra –Curricular activities – minimum District level participation.

The students and their parents are advised to attend for Counseling on the date of counseling without fail. They should report to the Regional convenors well in advance at the specified Regional Counseling Centers only. They are informed that once the seat is allotted it will not be changed, through the candidate who attends later may have a better rank. If the candidate fails to attend the counseling, he will not be called for further counseling.
